The state of North Carolina requires all drivers to have at minimum both liability and uninsured motorist coverage.

In addition to the coverage the state mandates all vehicle owners to have, you have the option of adding on the following securities to your policy: rental car, comprehensive, collision and towing.
  • Rental Car: If you decide to add on rental car insurance to your policy, you will be covered in the event that you rent a car and get into an accident.
  • Comprehensive: A comprehensive insurance add on will help cover the cost of damages done to your vehicle for non-accidental related destruction, such as theft or vandalism.
  • Collision: Car collision insurance helps pay for any harm done to your vehicle by another moving vehicle.
  • Towing: Adding towing coverage to your policy helps cover the cost of having your vehicle towed. This can be used when/if you get into an accident and your vehicle is no longer drivable.
